Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Contact clients who have requested their benefits and schedule virtual benefit reviews via Zoom
- Conduct virtual benefit reviews with clients, ensuring they understand their benefits plans and addressing any questions or concerns
- Enroll clients in their benefits plans, ensuring seamless onboarding and a positive experience
- Complete a report card after each benefit overview is finished, providing valuable insights for future improvements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty
