Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to inbound and outbound calls from clients and members of unions
• Setting appointments and conducting presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
• Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Participating in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Engaging in leadership development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Good verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills, with a strong focus on building rapport and resolving issues
• An upbeat and positive attitude, with great energy and enthusiasm
• The ability to interact effectively with people and groups, including all levels of management and employees
• Strong customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
• Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
