Job Summary

As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping our customers navigate the complexities of health insurance. Responsibilities

As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support, ensuring that customers have a seamless and user-friendly experience
  • Entering application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and secure
  • Responding to online chat inquiries as assigned, providing timely and effective support to customers
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies, ensuring that customer interactions are compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring that customers are satisfied and empowered
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, ensuring that customer interactions are seamless and efficient
  • Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple customer interactions and ensuring that deadlines are met
  • Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing, ensuring that you're up-to-date on the latest arenaflex products and services
  • Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, ensuring that customer interactions are compliant and secure

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or technical support role
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and practices
  • High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing projects and updates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated and secure workspace
  • Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
  • Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required
  • NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites
  • NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in a call center environment
  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $16.00 - $17.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
