Job Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. You'll be the face of our organization, and your exceptional communication skills, customer-first mindset, and ability to deliver high-quality service in every interaction will make all the difference.
Key Responsibilities
* Field customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective resolutions to their concerns
- Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge to ensure accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Set appointments and perform presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Utilize basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure high-quality service delivery

Minimum Qualifications
