Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced call center environment. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
  • Become a product and solutions expert! We'll equip you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment

  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
