As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect:
- Competitive Pay: $14.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to an additional $350 per month through our incentive plan

Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently Manage High-Volume Calls: Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Provide Clear, Accurate Information: Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate information about company and client programs, policies, and technology
- Access Cardholder Accounts: Access cardholder accounts to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies
- Process Transactions: Process transactions efficiently via web-based applications and handle research requests with precision
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate in a warm, empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations
- Maintain In-Depth Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology
- Support Team Operations: Support team operations during peak times or absences to help maintain seamless service
Essential Qualifications
To be successful as a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service Experience: 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
- Internet and Equipment Requirements: Must have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to support business needs, as well as a dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection
- Background Check and Credit Check: Must complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- 1+ Years of Call Center Experience: Previous call center experience is a plus, but not necessary
