We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join the New Way team. The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and on-brand marketing materials that support sales, dealer engagement, recruitment, and brand awareness initiatives. This role collaborates closely with marketing, sales, and HR teams to deliver creative solutions across digital, print, and event-based platforms. The Graphic Designer ensures brand consistency while contributing innovative design ideas that support business objectives.

Your Role in Our Mission

  • Develop and design marketing materials across digital and print platforms, including ads, brochures, flyers, signage, social media graphics, and presentations.
  • Support branding initiatives by following and maintaining brand standards and visual guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to concept, design, and execute campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Design assets for websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising initiatives.
  • Create dealer‑facing materials, promotional content, and sales support tools.
  • Support recruitment marketing efforts by designing job ads, hiring campaign materials, and employer‑branding assets.
  • Prepare graphics for trade shows, industry events, and company functions, ensuring consistent brand representation.
  • Work with external vendors (printers, signage suppliers, promotional vendors) as needed to complete design projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality.
  • Incorporate feedback effectively and revise designs as needed.
  • Maintain organized design files and assist with asset management.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output.

To Perform this Job Successfully

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop required).
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
  • Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing, B2B, or dealer‑based environments is a plus.
