We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Owner with 2+ years of experience leading the development of financial products, who thrives in cross-functional environments and knows how to drive impact through clarity, focus, and execution.

About the Role

As a Product Owner/Finance at Blossom, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering product features that align with both business goals and financial requirements. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, and finance experts to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories. Your role will ensure that the product roadmap reflects financial accuracy, compliance, and value generation for our clients.

This position requires a strong foundation in finance (such as Financial Engineering, Accounting, or Economics), excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to balance technical feasibility with business impact. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between product vision and financial execution, ensuring sustainable growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • Educational background preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner in financial services or fintech.
  • Proven experience in digital product development (banking platforms, payments, lending, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • B2–C1 English level (mandatory).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Curiosity, structure, and ownership mindset.
