The role within the team is responsible for the Workplace operations in the Remote Desktop Support Team. You will work on Service requests and Incidents in direct contact with the end user in Compliance to the SLA`s. Work as part of the team or independently to implement and maintain solutions.

This is your job:

  • You are experienced in implementing IT solutions.
  • You bring a hands-on mentality. You are organized in planning implementation steps and align with all relevant stakeholders.
  • You are a team player.

Your qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience with the following:
  • Very good knowledge in Windows 10 / 11
  • Knowledge in Printing Solutions
  • Microsoft AD
  • MS Entra ID
  • Good knowledge from Laptops, Desktops, Smartphones, Tablets
  • Experience in ITSM Tools, e.g. ServiceNow
  • Nice-to-have skills:
  • Knowledge of common hardware manufacturers and operating systems
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Windows 365
  • iOS
  • macOS
  • Scripting (e.g., PowerShell)
  • Microsoft Server
  • Azure On-Premise Components
  • Desired Certifications:
  • The ideal candidate would have some of the following certifications:
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • Languages:
  • German - Upper Intermediate (B2)
  • English
