Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. You will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns in a fair and respectful manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Requirements

* 16 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a retail or food service environment

  • Experience working with a point-of-sale system and handling cash and credit transactions
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
