Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tempe, AZ. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote arenaflex products and services to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex policies, procedures, and product knowledge
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve customer service skills

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a convenience store or retail environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
