Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through various communication channels. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, providing product and solutions expertise, and navigating customers through our website and online ordering system. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications
