We’re looking for a Bilingual Social Media Expert | Non-voice. In this role, you'll ensure that users adhere to guidelines and policies related to the content they post, while maintaining top-notch accuracy and quality. You'll handle sensitive client information with care and confidentiality, participate in refresher training to effectively apply policies, and analyze trends to suggest improvements and drive improved processes and impactful recommendations.
