Campaign Performance Analyst for a fully remote position.

As a Campaign Analyst you will be responsible for collaborating with regional and local stakeholders to develop, analyse and execute on marketing activities, support the performance with processing Digital and CRM data. Reporting directly to Head of Performance and Chief Marketing Officer

Responsibilities

  • Analyse campaign data, develop actionable insights and strategies across all channel data.
  • Analysing and processing CRM data
  • Run daily reporting and support the develop of automate solution
  • Provide reporting and updating internal stakeholders on current activities.
  • Support in setting up, operating and optimizing marketing activities (social & search, programmatic, display, video, mobile, app)
  • Providing cutting-edge campaign consulting services to help solving local market challenges.
  • Support the team to develop best practices and improve efficiency across the Digital Acquisition metrics.
  • Understanding digital acquisition needs, opportunities and generation of new ideas that help achieve marketing acquisition metrics
  • Contribute to the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative strategy and marketing solutions.
  • Capable of working with 3rd party tracking (DSP vendor & data companies) and other external stakeholders to ensure the success of marketing digital campaigns.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of web analytics, ad tracking, ad serving, DMP & DSPs and CDPs
  • Strong understanding of CRM and how CRM integrate with digital activities when it comes to acquisition.
  • Demonstrable involvement in developing, improving and rolling out operational frameworks and processes.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and presentational skills, with the ability to evolve strategy based on research, data and industry into campaign optimisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (any additional language as a plus).
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, good knowledge of SQL and programming language (R or Python) as a plus

Experience Requirements

  • +2 years of experience within a Marketing industry with exposure to digital activities (paid social and programmatic).
  • Understanding and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI)
  • Experience on major DSPs (TTD, DV360, Xandr, Facebook) for campaign activation and reporting.
  • Strong technical and operational background of campaign activation (including real time bidding, ad-serving and experience with marketing platforms).
  • Strong experience in managing performance, brand & call-to-action campaigns and running A/B Tests.
