Sales Representative Labels & Consumables

Drive Growth in Food Labeling & Packaging!

We’re seeking Sales Representatives to grow our Labels and Consumables business. This role partners with food manufacturers to deliver labeling solutions that ensure safety, compliance, and brand integrity. You’ll drive sales growth by building strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and positioning Bizerba as the trusted choice in the marketplace. We're seeking individuals to cover our West Coast, Northeast, and Central West regions.

Your tasks

  • Promote, maintain, and increase sales for labels and consumables by identifying opportunities and delivering solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship building to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions using Bizerba’s product offerings.
  • Support customer success through accurate file preparation, proofing, and troubleshooting.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with customer service, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Stay current on Bizerba’s product lines, competitive activity, and industry trends.
  • Use CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecast accurately, and track activities.
  • Travel up to 80% to engage with customers across your region.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of territory sales experience with proven year-over-year revenue growth.
  • Background in labels and consumables sales strongly preferred.
  • Skilled in building customer relationships, presenting solutions, and negotiating deals.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence decisions and build trust.
