Now, we’re looking for a Software Developer who’s ready to bring curiosity, craftsmanship, and courage to our expanding crew.

As a Software Developer at Helm, you’ll design, build, and enhance the next generation of features that power Helm CONNECT. You’ll work across the stack from front-end to back-end, collaborating with product, QA, and other developers to create elegant, reliable, and scalable solutions that help real-world marine crews do their jobs more safely and efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Design, develop, and maintain web applications and system integrations per project specifications - Execute WSDOT data migrations and integrations to time and quality targets - Conduct first-pass code reviews and maintain team code quality standards - Produce accurate project estimates (target:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 3+ years full-stack development experience - Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5, T-SQL, and PostgreSQL - Experience delivering in agile, client-facing PS environments - Strong code review skills and attention to quality - Comfortable working remotely with async and European-timezone teams - Genuine interest in AI-assisted development tools
