ABOUT THE POSITION

BrightFire is seeking a passionate Onboarding Project Manager to join our team. This position has a high level of visibility as you will be a customer-facing digital marketing consultant. You’ll be responsible for the onboarding of new clients for our Insurance Agency Websites service.  

The ideal candidate for this role has digital marketing experience across multiple channels, a customer service or account management background, and exceptional communication skills.

This position is remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the primary point of contact with clients during onboarding. This includes coordinating meetings which include additional team members such as website designers or Digital Marketing Strategists for other services.
  • Manage multiple, concurrent projects and all aspects of onboarding through completion and website launch. 
  • Work with new customers to identify goals and preferences in launching their new company website.
  • Use our highly customized version of WordPress to update customer websites.
  • Assist customers with adopting new and existing features to maximize value.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • WordPress experience.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work directly with clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You can explain complex issues in simple terms.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail.
  • Must be personable and enjoy working in a client-facing role.
  • A friendly person who genuinely loves helping people and solving problems.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others.
  • Knowledge of common internet technologies.
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new software.
  • Experience with Google G Suite or Microsoft Office.
