  • Facilitate creative reviews, synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders, and push work forward while protecting timelines and creative integrity
  • Manage ambiguity in early-stage concepts or shifting requirements, bringing structure and clarity to move projects forward
  • Ensure alignment to brand systems, templates, and launch toolkits across all deliverables
  • Track milestones, dependencies, and risks, proactively identifying blockers and driving resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including marketing, product, PR, legal, and production to ensure smooth and timely launches
  • Continuously improve workflows and processes to support high-volume, fast-paced launch cycles

As an Applicant, You Bring

  • Proven experience managing 360 campaigns and product launches, ideally within devices, consumer tech, or high-visibility product marketing
  • Strong experience delivering digital and web-based assets, including landing pages, PDPs, and multi-channel campaign toolkits
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including creative, UX, marketing, product, and production
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting updates and driving alignment across stakeholders
  • Experience using data and metrics to inform decisions and improve execution
