Role Overview

The COO will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring organizational efficiency, and implementing strategies that support Infatica.io’s growth objectives. This role requires a combination of operational expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for innovation in the tech space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize all operational functions.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to support company growth, scalability, and profitability.
  • Implement efficient processes, systems, and workflows to enhance productivity and operational performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to define company vision, strategic goals, and key performance metrics.
  • Foster a high-performance culture of accountability, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost optimization, and resource allocation.
  • Drive organizational change and ensure alignment between teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a COO, VP of Operations, or equivalent executive leadership role, preferably in a tech or SaaS company.
  • Strong understanding of business functions, operational strategy, and organizational management.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale operations in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
