We’re on the lookout for an Email Marketing Specialist who thrives on creating engaging email campaigns that resonate with our audience. You will play a vital role in crafting campaigns that not only capture attention but also drive conversion.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Designing, building, and sending out responsive email campaigns;
  • Segmenting email lists for targeted campaigns based on customer behavior;
  • Monitoring and analyzing email performance metrics and report findings to improve future campaigns;
  • Testing different subject lines, email formats, and sending times to optimize open rates and conversions;
  • Collaborating with content and design teams to create appealing and cohesive email layouts.

Requirements

What makes you a great match

  • 1-3 years of experience in email marketing or a similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices and deliverability;
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor);
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email design;
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail;
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on campaign performance.
