About the role

This role is a unique opportunity to shape the growth of our LATAM business and drive our expansion into high‑potential markets. You’ll lead regional strategy with a Hunter mindset, opening new segments, positioning our solutions, and accelerating adoption across diverse countries. Working closely with partners, distributors, and cross‑functional teams, you’ll build a strong commercial engine while driving predictable, scalable growth. If you thrive in fast‑moving environments, enjoy unlocking new opportunities, and want to make a tangible impact on a region with huge potential, this role is for you.

Main responsibilities

  • Lead the growth strategy for the LATAM region (excluding Brazil) with a strong Hunter mindset.
  • Identify, develop, and open new market segments and strategic verticals.
  • Introduce and accelerate the adoption of new group solutions across the region.
  • Work closely with distributors and local partners, structuring commercial approaches, positioning, and go‑to‑market plans.
  • Build and manage the regional pipeline, ensuring growth momentum and forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, RevOps, and local leadership teams.
  • Support strategic negotiations and key accounts when necessary.
  • Monitor KPIs, commercial performance, and execution of the regional strategy.

Required qualifications

  • Experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development professional, or Market Expansion leader.
  • Proven track record of accelerated growth, market entry, or new segment development.
  • Experience in international operations, preferably within Latin America.
  • Experience with complex B2B solutions, technology, or SaaS (strong plus).
  • Advanced Spanish and English.
  • Hunter mindset applied to strategy and commercial leadership, beyond direct sales execution.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify high‑impact opportunities.
  • Ability to structure and scale commercial models (direct sales, partners, distributors).
  • Influence‑based leadership and ability to mobilize teams without direct management.
  • High level of autonomy, discipline, and strong results orientation.
  • Excellent executive communication skills.
