About This Position

As a Freelance/Part-Time Project Manager for CRM Projects, you will be at the forefront of our client engagements, steering Salesforce CRM projects to successful completion. You will take charge of the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and requirement gathering to execution, monitoring, and closure. Your expertise in Salesforce CRM will be crucial in designing and implementing solutions that meet our clients' specific needs. You will collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Your ability to manage risks, solve problems, and maintain clear communication will be key to ensuring client satisfaction and project success. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, providing an excellent opportunity to manage your own schedule while contributing to cutting-edge projects in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of CRM projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and ensure project alignment with business goals.
  • Scheduling and Resource Allocation: Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and manage project budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and testers, to achieve project objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and team members, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

As an A-player, you will be/have:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on CRM projects, particularly Salesforce CRM.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and related technologies.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are highly advantageous.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex projects.
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work independently and remotely, with flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client needs.

Desired Skills

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Tools and Technologies: Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and CRM integration tools.
  • Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
