About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Developer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in CRM development, API integrations, and custom automation within the HubSpot ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in building scalable solutions, optimizing CRM performance, and integrating HubSpot with other business platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and maintain HubSpot CRM modules, workflows, and automation logic.
  • Build and customize HubSpot forms, landing pages, templates, and custom modules using HubL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Implement and manage custom APIs and integrations between HubSpot and external systems such as ERP, websites, and marketing automation tools.
  • Support data migration and synchronization between HubSpot and other systems.
  • Create and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and analytics for various business units.
  • Collaborate with MarTech Consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance across HubSpot environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM performance, workflow, and integration issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot development capabilities, APIs, and best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of development experience, with at least 3 years in HubSpot CRM.
  • Proficiency in HubL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot API, custom integrations, and webhooks.
  • Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato, or Make).
  • Experience building and customizing HubSpot CMS modules and themes.
  • Solid understanding of CRM data models, automation workflows, and data pipelines.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • HubSpot certifications in CMS for Developers, Integrations, or Automation preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics, or Marketo integrations is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams
