Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner

- Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance with order placement and tracking

- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of any problems

- Maintain accurate and organized customer records and order information

- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce setting

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software is a plus

- Passion for pets and knowledge of pet products is a plus
