We are looking for a Business Development Manager for International sales (US – Focus on N. America Region) and who is highly motivated, energetic, coached and able to work. This role is extremely critical to achieve continued growth and account penetration for the company.

Primary responsibility includes generating qualified leads and creating sales opportunities for the leadership team. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the company by identifying potential customers and initiating contact to build relationships. This position requires a proactive, confident, responsible, team player result-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. You are an MBA with proficiency in linkedin, xl and english with B2B sales experience .

Job Responsibilities:

  • Target accounts to generate new business opportunities

  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

  • Route demo-ready opportunities to the leadership team for further development and closure

  • Perform effective online presentations for prospects.

  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

  • Continuously enhance service knowledge and sales techniques through training programs and self-study.

  • Metrics and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and regularly update the CRM system. Provide regular reports on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates & pipeline generation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-6 years of experience as a Sales Professional or in a similar sales role, preferably in the [Consultative selling/ Solution selling Company]

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with prospects.

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage.
