Pre-Sales Engineer [IL]

A person who will lead the technical aspects of the sales process actively contributing to the achievement of revenue targets and the creation of an exemplary service experience.  Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing conducting product presentations, demonstrations and Proof Of Concepts (POCs)to generate sales and meet revenue objectives.
  • Prepare proposals and responses to RFPs and other documents required to ensure a successful sale.
  • Leverage their technical expertise to increase RAKIASs credibility and communicate its value proposition in sales situations that advance the sale of RAKIA solutions.
  • Actively research and maintain a thorough understanding of RAKIA products and competitor strengths and weaknesses.
  • Define how the RAKIA solutions can be used within the client's existing architecture and business environment
  • Coordinate the solutions pitch with relevant teams: technical R&D, Product, Sales, and Operations
  • Adapt the solution pitch for implementation or use-case challenges for each customer

  • 1-3 years of proven experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or related role
  • Proven track record in a customer interface environment 
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Identify, prioritize & accomplish multiple tasks independently
  • Team player
  • Skill in data analytics

The following are not required but will be an added advantage in the selection process:

  • Bachelor's      degree in IT /System Analytics 8200 or related field 
  • Additional languages such as French & Spanish
  • Experience & understanding of intelligence, cyber, and defense domains 
  • Experience in the construction of technical solutions for, RFI, RFP, tenders & quotation documents
