Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end event management including virtual, hybrid, and in-person experiences - from venue selection and budget planning to day-of execution and post-event analysis
- Manage post-event processes including stakeholder reporting, attendee follow-up, and metrics analysis
- Coordinate events and collaborating with internal staff, space vendors and partners
- Growth marketing and partnering with Keys marketing team to create compelling event promotion campaigns and maintain brand consistency
- Proactively identify opportunities to scale event impact and reach through process improvements and innovation
- Research and implement emerging event technologies and industry best practices
- Provide direct product feedback to improve Key's platform experience
Requirements
- Based in Singapore
- Experience in community/event management and production
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent events while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with expertise in real-time issue resolution
- Excellence in cross-functional leadership and relationship building
- Forward-thinking approach to event innovation and cultural relevance
- Flexibility to manage time-sensitive needs outside standard hours
- Expert in Google Workspace; Adobe Creative Suite/Figma; Slack Instagram; Tiktok experience valuable
