Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Team Leader to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of our training services. The role includes coordinating instructors, ensuring timelines are met, maintaining quality standards, and acting as the main point of contact across departments for assigned training projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Coordination:
    • Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines for training batches.
    • Coordinate between instructors, technical assistants, and L&D to ensure readiness before program start.
    • Assign instructors and assistants based on availability, performance, and specialization.
  • Execution & Monitoring:
    • Monitor daily progress of ongoing training tracks.
    • Ensure all sessions are scheduled, completed, and logged on LMS.
    • Track and resolve issues related to course delivery, instructors, or students.
    • Ensure instructors follow the curriculum and adhere to quality standards.
  • Communication & Reporting:
    • Act as the primary liaison between instructors, technical teams, and management.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on project status, teaching hours, challenges, and KPIs.
    • Communicate any delays, risks, or concerns to L&D and senior management proactively.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure training quality standards are met.
    • Collect and review instructor performance feedback and student evaluations.
    • Recommend improvements based on feedback and delivery analysis.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Supervise and support instructors and teaching assistants during the course delivery.
    • Motivate and guide the team to meet deadlines and targets.
    • Conduct briefings and wrap-up meetings for each training round.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Education, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, training operations, or team leadership.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in technical education or training is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using project tracking tools and LMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
