Medical Departures Inc. is the world leader in finding and booking global doctors & dentists with a network of +6000 clinics/hospitals & +10,000 doctors/dentists in 39 different countries.

Your Role

As Medical Departures Partnership Manager you are responsible for finding and signing contracts with new medical clinics/hospitals in Turkiye. Your job is to inform medical clinics in Turkiye about the value of partnering with Medical Departures.

We are seeking a Partnership Manager to join our team. As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, generating leads, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. You will work closely with the sales team to identify potential clients and develop effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships will be crucial in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage client relationships with a focus on generating new business opportunities, networking, and cold-calling
  • Support Medical Departures' goal to find the largest number of high-quality medical clinics in Turkiye and have medical contracts signed quickly and efficiently to hit companies target
  • Responsibilities of meeting & beating sales quota, sales funnels etc.
  • Collaborate with the Inside sales team to create effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets & exceed daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partner clinics through regular communication via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, or any other platform according to requirements and follow-up to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Drive a sales funnel from prospect, to partner, partner to premium partner
  • Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Comfort starting the month at zero and working smarter, not harder to deliver tangible results to hit commission tiers consistently
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports document, tag, and create follow-up tasks every interaction with prospects and partner clinics into the CRM tool
  • Conduct presentations via google slides and product demonstrations to prospective clinics (stakeholders)
  • Manage the entire sales process. Focused on building relationships with prospects, understanding their needs, and providing them with compelling reasons to choose the company's products or services.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products, market trends, and competitor offerings
  • Post notable European medical clinic updates to Medical Departures FaceBook, Instagram Google+, and Twitter pages
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and develop business opportunities

Skills and Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Top sales performer in past sales organizations
  • Expectation to hit quotas starting in month #2 after hiring
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunitiesneed to have
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) *need-2-have*
  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively. need to have*
  • Will require working nights/weekends to hit sales deliverables (quotas, targets)..this is not a 9-5 pm job
  • Excellent listening and writing skills
  • > 40+ WPM typing ability
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsneed to have
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skillsneed to have
  • Ability to work responsibly and productively from a remote home-office environment with good time management.
  • Extensive technical experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams Chat) or Google Business Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Docs, Drive), CRM (Zoho, Zendesk, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Freshworks), Social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok), Chat (Whatsapp, Telegram)
  • Experience tracking and maintaining a sales funnel through CRM (Zoho) and other tools.
  • International travel experience *nice to have*
  • Ability to travel > 20% of the time with *need to have*
  • Technical familiarity & knowledge of medical/dental procedures & terminology nice to have
  • Early/late availability, according to the requirement

Remote details

  • Working hours: Working 5 days per week / Work from anywhere / Flexible to attend early meetings and evening meetings or weekend
  • Time preferring: Turkey

Your Benefits

  • 1,100 EUROs monthly salary, along with 30 EUROs for phone and 30 EUROs for internet allowance
  • 230-4,500 EURO per month commission (depends on sales performance)
