Scope of Position: Plans, directs, and is accountable for all activities in the design, development and implementation of displays, exhibits, and interior environments for assigned Tier 3 projects. Oversees projects to ensure that goals or objectives of the projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

Requirements

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for the client regarding the given project(s) and will meet with the client as determined by the project's complexity and needs.
  • Manages all aspects of the project thru ECI’s ERP system and PM management programs.
  • Develop and define the project scope of work, and provide oversight to ensure that all project elements meet the requirements of the specifications.
  • Reviews cost estimates against final project scope to confirm labor hour scheduling, subcontractor's roles and costs, mate-rial costs and availability, site specific requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
  • Directs and coordinates activities of assigned project personnel and any subcontractors to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
  • Monitors all project accounting tasks and assigns tasks per departmental standard operating procedures.
  • Ensures that proper ECI processes are followed on each project.
  • Follows up with prospective clients by forwarding contact information to appropriate ECI personnel.
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Displays the ability to effectively and proactively communicate with all departments.
  • Assists the Sales team with shows, quotes, work orders, and Exhibitforce orders and maintenance.
  • Research shows information and downloads information.
  • Update Department spreadsheets
  • Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must satisfactorily perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma and minimum three (3) years’ experience in performing related administrative duties in an office atmosphere.

General Skills:

  • Computer Skills - Should be fluent in Microsoft 365.
  • Mathematical Skills - Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages.
  • Reasoning Ability – Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Technical Drawing Knowledge - Ability to read detailed floor plans is a plus.

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

No special skills are required; May sit for long periods of time and work at a computer.
