[Remote] Account Manager (Customer Service Representative)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Northstar Recycling is a company focused on providing exceptional customer service and support in the recycling industry. The Account Manager will work with internal teams and stakeholders to manage relationships with clients and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing relationships and daily transactions with critical business partners
- Service assigned accounts quickly and efficiently while providing high-quality customer experience and support
- Work to professionally resolve/deescalate issues for assigned accounts, bringing any critical issues to the proper points of escalation
- Complete required reporting in a prompt and accurate manner
- Perform a number of accounting functions as well as verify services pricing with internal teams and external partners
- Proactively throughout the month and prior to the monthly close period, request and review transactional data (pricing and weights of shipments/services) to ensure accuracy for our Finance team
- On-call hours are required for this role and are compensated accordingly
Skills
- 1 – 2 years of Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
