Sourcing Specialist

They are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to support their recruiting team by identifying and engaging top talent, focusing on sourcing candidates and conducting initial outreach.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates for IT, technical, and construction/facilities management roles
- Conduct personalized outreach to prospective candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings
- Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities
- Track outreach and sourcing activity in our applicant tracking system
Skills
- US Citizen
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, ideally in IT, technical, or construction/facilities roles
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple open roles
- Interest in building a career in recruiting or talent acquisition
