Closets By Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems, seeking Designers/Sales Representatives to help customers organize their homes. The role offers flexibility with a hybrid remote schedule and includes comprehensive sales and design training, making it suitable for candidates without prior experience.
Responsibilities
- Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs
- Walk through the home to assess opportunities
- Educate customers on our products and services
- Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs
Skills
- No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed
- We are looking for coachable candidates
- Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training
- Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance
