Remote · USA Full-time New today

Endomag is a global technology company that believes everyone deserves a better standard of cancer care. Many of the world’s leading physicians and hospitals use Endomag's technologies to help women with breast cancer avoid surgery when it isn’t needed, and experience better outcomes when it is. Using the Sentimag® probe, physicians can perform both sentinel node biopsies with the lymphatic tracer (Magtrace®) and tissue localisation procedures with the magnetic marker (Magseed®). So far, our team has helped over 400,000 women around the world access more precise and less invasive breast cancer care.

We are looking for a highly driven Account Manager in the West of France to help us continue to deliver on our promise and play a critical role in our Sales team, with a particular focus on driving adoption and utilisation of SE8.

What To Expect

  • Achieve the sales targets and manage the sales budget for the West of France territory across the Sentimag® platform, Magtrace® and Magseed®, balancing growth in existing accounts with new account acquisition.
  • Become a regional expert in the breast cancer field, Endomag solutions and the SE8 reimbursement framework, able to explain clinical value and reimbursement implications to stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute territory and account plans, managing opportunities from prospect to closure, and keeping Salesforce, forecasts and business cases accurate and up to date.
  • Regularly visit hospitals to run high‑quality product demonstrations, support key procedures, especially at new/evaluation sites, and ensure smooth adoption and routine use of Endomag technologies.
  • Educate and support customers in‑person and virtually on optimal product use.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, breast units, radiologists, theatre staff, procurement and hospital management to expand usage and increase the scope of Endomag products within each site.
  • Identify and act on opportunities for business growth, including upsell, tenders and wider portfolio penetration, while monitoring competitor activity and sharing market insights with the Commercial team.
  • Attend relevant educational events and tradeshows to generate leads, raise market awareness and represent Endomag in the French breast cancer community.
  • Travel frequently within the West of France, with occasional visits to national meetings and to HQ in Cambridge, UK.

What We Expect

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Science, Business, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry, ideally with knowledge of sales pathways and hospital commercial processes.
  • Experience in breast oncology is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of human physiology and surgical procedures; experience in the operating room or theatre environment is an advantage.
  • Ability to read, understand and clearly communicate technical and clinical information such as academic papers and clinical data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, confident with individuals, small groups and larger audiences.
  • Creative, solutions‑focused mindset with a strong commitment to quality and good practice.
  • Highly organised, able to multi‑task, work effectively within a team and operate autonomously in the field.
  • Ability to travel daily across the West of France.

So why join Endomag?

  • Directly impact breast cancer care by helping more patients access precise, less invasive localisation with technologies like Magseed, Magtrace and Sentimag.
  • Work with genuinely innovative, market‑leading solutions at the forefront of a new funding environment in France, including the Forfait SE8 for cancer localisation.
  • Be part of a fast‑growing, mission‑driven company that combines start‑up agility with an established global footprint.

Apply today to join Endomag and help shape the future of breast cancer treatment in France.
