Analyst, FP&A – Aetna Clinical Services (Clinical Enablement & Grievances and Appeals)
CVS Health is dedicated to building a connected and compassionate health experience. The Analyst, FP&A role will support the Clinical Enablement & Grievances and Appeals function, focusing on financial planning and analysis, operations support, and business partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing quarterly forecasts and annual budgets; build rapport and accountability with individual cost center owners to maximize effectiveness
- Participate in month close; evaluate, analyze, and present monthly financial results to Business and Finance leaders
- Support special projects and perform ad-hoc analyses
- Be a creative problem solver within fast evolving environment and have ability to adapt to change
Skills
- 0-2 years of relevant financial experience
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are needed along with experience with financial systems
- Proficiency with Anaplan, Hyperion and S4 Hana
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Healthcare, managed care or financial services experience
- Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or related field
