The Senior Data Analyst specializing in Adobe Experience cloud and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) will focus on product analytics and reporting to unveil data-driven insights that shape strategic decisions, enhance digital experiences, and drive continuous improvement. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and business stakeholders ensures alignment between strategic objectives and analytics solutions, delivering tangible results that elevate both the customer experience and organizational success.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Tagging Support
    • Collaborate with product managers for measurement strategy curation and defining KPIs and success metrics for digital products and new feature launches
    • Ensuring data integrity and consistency across web and mobile applications
    • Maintain documentation of tagging requirements and best practices for future reference
  • Reporting & Dashboard Development
    • Design and maintain dynamic dashboards and reporting solutions in Adobe Analytics/CJA
    • Automate standard reporting processes, ensuring stakeholders have timely, accurate data and analyze user engagement, behaviour, and product usage patterns through Adobe Analytics/CJA
    • Integrating Adobe data with other data sets like Glassbox, Qualtrics etc and prepare clear, concise recommendations on user experience and generate actionable insights to improve product performance, usability, and overall member experience
    • Translate raw data into clear, concise visualizations using BI tools like Power BI/Tableau for both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Map end-to-end customer journeys to identify critical drop-off points and improvement areas and perform funnel analyses and segmentation to deepen understanding of user pathways
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Serve as a subject matter expert for Adobe Analytics/CJA, guiding on best practices in data capture, analysis, and interpretation
    • Lead collaborative projects with cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT, Product) aligning analytics goals with broader organizational objectives
    • Provide thought leadership on advanced analytics techniques, promoting a data-centric culture, also ensure adherence to data governance standards
    • Recommend optimizations and collaborate with UX/UI teams to drive better engagement metrics

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in digital analytics or product analytics, with hands-on Adobe Analytics/CJA expertise
  • Understanding of tagging frameworks, data layer management, and data validation processes
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics (Report Suite configuration, segmentation, workspace) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
  • Proven acquaintance with other analytics tools like Glassbox, Quantum Metrics, Qualtrics, Observe point etc.
  • Proven excellent communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex insights for diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • Adobe Analytics/CJA -  Business Practitioner or Developer certifications
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and basic SQL for querying data. Experience with Python/R
