Senior Python Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer with strong experience in Python, Django, and FastAPI to build scalable backend systems and high-performance APIs. The role involves designing robust architectures, writing clean and maintainable code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable products. Key Responsibilities- Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python, Django, and FastAPI.
- Build and optimize REST APIs and backend services.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Participate in system design, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving engineering standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Python backend development.
- Strong expertise in Django, Django ORM, Django Admin, RBAC (Django + Guardian).
- Experience with FastAPI and API development.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
- Good understanding of system design, clean code practices, and scalable architecture.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
