This role involves managing contractor vetting, compliance, and lender communication, ensuring operational compliance and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Vet contractors and assess fraud risks
  • Submit contractor applications to multiple lenders and monitor progress
  • Manage Salesforce cases to support business expansion
  • Conduct recurring compliance audits including licenses and documentation
  • Communicate with lenders to clarify or obtain missing submission details
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting or Operations
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems
  • Strong attention to detail and risk identification
  • Knowledge of the Lending industry is a plus
