[Remote] Remote Insurance Sales Producer

They are seeking an Insurance Sales Producer who will handle warm leads to sell Personal Lines Insurance Products and match client needs with the right insurance offerings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls with new business leads provided from the company website
- Up-sell and cross-sell when talking to customers on all our insurance products
- Best match client needs to insurance company offerings
- Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses
Skills
- General Level 1 License or RIBO required
- Proven success in insurance sales
- A passion to help people protect what is most valuable to them
- A self-motivated and intrapreneurial mindset with unlimited earning potential through a mix of fixed and variable compensation
- The ability to communicate professionally over the phone and through email
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity
