[Remote] Data Management Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Anastasia Beverly Hills is seeking a Data Management Coordinator who will own the input of data as defined by the IBP data framework, focusing on data quality throughout the process. The role involves creating new products, maintaining data accuracy, and preparing reports to support inventory analysis.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for creation of new products and accuracy of data attributes within the data governance framework
• Accountable for on time maintenance of all life cycle management changes
• Responsible for education and awareness of all business functions of the importance of data governance
• Accountable to maintain the cadence of review of master data per the data governance framework for accuracy of all functional business data
• Prepare data to support inventory analysis

Skills

• Prepare data to support inventory analysis
• ERP, DRP, MRP master data experience, NetSuite ERP and Blue Ridge a plus
• Excellent written/oral communication
• Ability to learn and adapt with a continuous improvement mindset
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail, with a complimentary ability to recognize and react to changing work demands
• Able to attend in person meetings as needed
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 to 2 years of relevant supply chain operations, or data and process management, or inventory experience preferred
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot table, VLook ups)
