Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Excellence: Greet, assist, and engage with our guests in a friendly and helpful manner. Make their visit memorable by providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Retail Sales: Help guests find their favorite Disney merchandise, assist them with purchases, and promote special promotions and products. Ensure that our stores are well-organized and visually appealing. Product Knowledge: Become a Disney product expert. Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash and card transactions, operate a register, and reconcile sales at the end of your shift.
