Job Summary: Wayfair is looking for enthusiastic, solution-oriented Customer Support Representatives to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support across a variety of channels including phone, email, and chat.   • * Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound interactions with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • * Provide timely and empathetic support to resolve inquiries related to orders, shipping, product details, returns, and billing.
  • * Proactively follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • * Maintain a high level of professionalism and a strong customer focus with every interaction.
  • * Accurately document customer interactions using internal tools.
  • * Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, suppliers, and warehouse operations to resolve customer issues quickly.
  • * Uphold company values and promote a culture of trust, accountability, and customer-centricity.

  • * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • * A strong customer-first attitude and a passion for helping others.
  • * Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software platforms.

  • * A quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable internet access.
  • Experience:
  • * Minimum: 6 months to 1 year of customer service, call center, or retail experience preferred.
  • * Freshers with strong communication and problem-solving abilities are welcome to apply.
  • ⏰ Working Hours:
  • * Full-time; 40 hours per week.
  • * Rotational shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
  • * Flexibility to work across various time zones is a plus.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • * Strong critical thinking and problem-resolution abilities.
  • * Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • * Basic understanding of eCommerce and customer lifecycle is a plus.
  • * Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
