Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with a variety of essential tasks that keep our clients’ information accurate, organized, and readily accessible. Your daily duties will include:

  • Accurately inputting alphanumeric data from source documents into digital systems, ensuring 99.9% error‑free accuracy.
  • Verifying the completeness and correctness of entered information by cross‑checking against original documents.
  • Maintaining a high‑volume workflow while adhering to recognized turnaround times and service level agreements.
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors via virtual communication tools to meet daily and weekly production goals.
  • Following arenaflex’s data security and confidentiality policies to protect client information at all times.
  • Participating in regular quality‑control checks and providing feedback to improve overall process efficiency.
  • Adapting to occasional special projects, such as data clean‑up, file migration, or format conversion, as assigned by management.

Essential Qualifications arenaflex values potential and attitude as much as experience. The following qualifications are required to succeed in this role:

  • No prior professional experience required – we will train you from the ground up.
  • Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute and high accuracy.
