Job Summary: Delta Airlines is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our customer service team in the Domestic and International BPO sectors. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving queries, handling complaints, and ensuring that every customer experience is seamless and positive. You will represent Delta Airlines, working closely with customers to deliver a high standard of service. Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions to problems.

  • *

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.

  • *

Provide product/service information and updates to customers as needed.

  • *

Follow communication scripts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • *

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • *

Offer customers additional services or promotions that may be relevant to their needs.

  • *

Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and service targets.

  • *

Provide feedback and insights to the management team on recurring customer issues.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate tone.

  • *

Ability to listen actively and empathize with customers.

  • *

Good typing speed and proficiency in using computers.

  • *

Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle complaints calmly and effectively.

  • *

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.

  • *

Basic understanding of telecommunication processes and call center operations.

  • *

Good problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.

  • Experience:
  • *

Previous experience in a BPO environment or in telecalling roles is preferred, but not required.

  • *

Freshers are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.

  • Working Hours:
  • *

Full-time positions with shifts that may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.

  • *

Rotational shifts available for both Domestic and International BPOs.

  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • *

Knowledge of customer service best practices.

  • *

Ability to maintain patience and professionalism during challenging calls.

  • *

Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

  • *

Fluency in English and, preferably, one or more additional languages (Spanish, French, or other languages depending on the region).

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
