[Remote] Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Eastern US
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their amazing culture. In this role, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure compliance with internal processes and create a positive candidate experience while managing job postings and scheduling interviews.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, and Hiring Managers to ensure compliance with internal processes
- Assists in the job posting and requisition maintenance
- Schedules interviews via Microsoft Teams and Outlook for various time zones
- Collaborates with internal team to create a positive candidate experience
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
- Generates and analyzes weekly recruitment report to track key metrics, candidates, and job postings
- Serves as the first point-of-contact for candidates during interviews, applications, and follow-ups
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required
Skills
- High level of organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Must have high level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize
- Education: College degree
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related
