Travelport is a technology company that simplifies travel bookings for various purposes. They are seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow commercial relationships with existing customers while also obtaining new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Retain and grow the profitable customer base and to maintain loyalty through pro-active account management
  • Sell new products and solutions to the customer base
  • Obtain new business with the overall objective to grow revenue
  • Identify, qualify, drive, and ultimately close opportunities over the telephone
  • Develop high value relationships with customers, prospects, and internally
  • Identify and define customer needs, articulating the Travelport value proposition, differentiating from the competition, and positioning Travelport as a strategic technology partner
