Business Development Representative (Hybrid)
Protocall Communications Inc. is seeking High-Energy Business Development Representatives to join their team, offering uncapped commission and growth opportunities. The role involves prospecting and generating new business opportunities, understanding customer needs, and building relationships with clients while achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other LEAD-GENERATED methods
- Must be able to travel to Red Bank, New Jersey (for required training purposes)
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Present our product/service in a compelling and professional way
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers
- Achieve and exceed sales targets (and get rewarded for it!)
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system
- Be part of a positive, energetic, and supportive team
Skills

- Previous sales experience a plus, but not required
