Sales Effectiveness Business Analyst (CRMA/Einstein) - FLEX Location

UPS is a Fortune Global 500 organization that is seeking a Sales Effectiveness Business Analyst to support global sales performance through analytics and reporting. The role involves developing and maintaining dashboards within Salesforce CRM Analytics and Power BI, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains dashboards and reporting assets within Salesforce CRM Analytics and Power BI used to monitor global sales performance
  • Performs recurring data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure dashboards meet accuracy, cadence, and governance requirements
  • Supports development of new dashboards and reporting enhancements that translate business questions into actionable reporting
  • Assists with the development and maintenance of dataflows, calculated fields, and KPI logic supporting commercial analytics
  • Investigates and resolves data discrepancies that impact global sales reporting
  • Collaborates with stakeholders across the commercial organization to gather reporting requirements and support reporting adoption
  • Documents data definitions, KPI logic, and dashboard usage guidelines to support reporting governance
  • Supports deployment and certification of reporting assets used by the global sales organization
  • Triage Salesforce Cases submitted by users related to Dashboards and triage production bug defects

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
  • Experience conducting quantitative analysis and working with business intelligence or analytics tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of SQL, SAQL, or similar data query languages
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to translate business questions into structured reporting and analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
  • Experience supporting sales performance reporting or revenue operations analytics
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM Analytics, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms
  • Experience performing dashboard development, data validation, and reporting quality assurance
  • Understanding of KPI governance and commercial performance reporting
