Program and Budget Associate Analyst

Canon Canada is a leading provider of digital imaging solutions, and they are seeking a Program and Budget Associate Analyst. The role involves conducting research, performing analytics, and making recommendations on sales, promotions, and budgets to support better business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a series of promotions, sales, and budget analytics
  • Gather and reconcile data for monthly, quarterly, and annual accruals, including corresponding journal entries
  • Maintain promotional setups, budgets, payments, and chargebacks
  • Research improvement recommendations to assist the team
  • Compile ad hoc reports and assist with various ad hoc projects

Skills

  • Postsecondary education in Business Administration
  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in corporate business administration
  • Intermediate analytical skills to analyze data, discover variances and reconcile differences
  • Intermediate Technical Skills in MS Office, notably in Excel to create Pivot Tables, Vlookup, and If-Statements
  • Intermediate Time Management and Multi-Tasking Skills to meet project and monthly goals
