LPL Financial is a leading wealth management firm in the U.S. seeking an Analyst in Risk Management to assist in developing programs for oversight and reporting of key risks. The role involves maintaining policy management frameworks and promoting a strong risk culture through training and communication efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Support policy management and committee governance programs
  • Support development and maintenance of core risk management standards and frameworks Manage change management process for committee charters and policies
  • Support communication plan for new program requirements
  • Perform inventory and gap assessment of policies and committee charters and partner with stakeholders to remediate
  • Support Risk training, communication, and partnership programs
  • Draft newsletters, program announcements, and other communications and materials
  • Support development and ongoing maintenance of tooling solution for process automation
  • Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests

Skills

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics (or a related discipline)
  • Solution oriented with a positive 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities, and implement change
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Written and oral communication skills
